It can be difficult to navigate love after loss.
Losing someone we love can be one of the most painful experiences we go through in life, and it can feel like we will never be able to love again.
However, I want to share with you that it is possible to start over, to grieve, and to open yourself up to loving once more.
After losing someone that we care about deeply, grief can consume us in ways that we may never be prepared for.
It may feel like everything is falling apart, and at times it can be difficult to imagine a life without the person we lost.
I want to remind you that grief is a process. It looks different for everyone and sometimes we need support.
Check out my latest video here where I talk with Grief Guide and Host of the Walk Through Grief with Grace Podcast to see your losses and grief in a new light and get inspired as you see how your grief process can lead you to Next Level Love in your life!
There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and it’s important to give yourself the time and space to feel all of the emotions that come with it.
As you begin to work through your grief, eventually you may find yourself thinking about the possibility of finding love again. It can be daunting to imagine opening up your heart to someone new, but I want to remind you that it’s okay to move forward. You may even find that loving again helps to heal some of the pain you have from your loss.
Starting over and entering a new relationship can come with its own set of challenges, but there is something truly special about being able to love again after a loss. It can be incredibly fulfilling, and it’s important to keep an open mind and heart as you explore what new relationships can bring to your life.
Above all, remember that you are strong, resilient, and deserving of love.
Love is your birthright sister!
Whether you’re still working through the pain of a recent loss, or are considering opening your heart to someone new, I want you to know that I support you no matter what. ❤️
Sending All My Love to Your Precious heart,
Junie
