So many women are afraid of being selfish. The fact is you need to be more selfish. Say what? Yep, you need to be more self-centered BUT not in the shadow way you have witnessed. Being “healthy selfish” allows you the ability to focus on your needs, take loving care of your precious heart, and open up to more love.

Amy Elizabeth Gordon is a published author, relationship architect, and compassion activist.
A lifelong student, Amy is continually learning both personally and professionally. Her professional training includes a Master’s Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, Certified Imago International Relationship Therapist, and Certified Parent Coach. She has spent several decades advocating for big compassion, healthy relationships, and holistic wellbeing. Amy has learned to thrive, advocate for personal liberation, and be a powerful source of transformation for a united world.
Additionally, Amy lives in Hawaiʻi and a founding member of a Training program preserving indigenous life ways.
As a relational health coach, she takes a stand for her clients to cultivate maximum health with Self, Other and Spirit. She is a “nudge master” and invites us to step into command central of our nervous systems and reside in our tender hearts in a way that is indeed miraculous.
